The breakfasts were fantastic and satisfactory with bacon and eggs, eggs to fresh apple cake yoghurt, fruit. Had essentials needed in the triple room, including an electric kettle and refrigerators.

Truly enjoyed the double room for a family 2 adults 2 kids, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Coffee, a kettle, and an air conditioner where appreciated. The location was fantastic and lovely, just off centre of Florence, the river, or streets, and Pisa and Lucca. A cool bonus was Cafe Modern Two, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I was offered an incredible and great breakfast even for vegetarians. The location was marvellous and convenient for me, in a very quiet area. A few times I ate at La Fenice, located within a close distance from the hotel.
